  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine non-dairy yogurt, cashew butter, maple syrup, and optional protein powder until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop dollops of the mixture onto it.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
