Ingredients
- 20 Medjool dates
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the dates open and remove any pits. Arrange them on the baking sheet, slit side up.
- Smash the dates using the bottom of a glass cup sprayed with cooking spray until they form an even layer.
- Microwave peanut butter for 20-30 seconds, then spread it over the date layer using a spatula.
