Ingredients

  • Chicken breast, diced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Broccoli florets
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Snap peas
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Ginger, minced
  • Cooked rice


Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Wash veggies, dice chicken, and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat; add sesame oil.
  3. Stir-fry chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes), then remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add more sesame oil if needed, then stir-fry garlic and veggies until tender-crisp (4-5 minutes).
  5. Return chicken to the pan; add soy sauce and ginger. Stir to combine and heat through (2-3 minutes).
