  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the creamy sauce.
