  • 1.5 cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2.5 cups Powdered Sugar
  • Optional: Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • Optional: Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (can be swapped with almonds)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Strawberry Cake Mix, strawberries, half of the white chocolate chips, and optional coconut and nuts until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Dollop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the batter and swirl gently.
  6. Top with remaining white chocolate chips and nuts.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
