Ingredients

- 2 large fresh mangoes, cubed
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, cubed
- 1 lb green grapes, halved
- 1 lb red grapes, halved
- 4 cups apple juice
- 4 packets original unflavored vegan gelatin
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruits; spray bundt pan lightly with pan spray.
- In a bowl, dissolve vegan gelatin in 1 cup of apple juice; set aside.
- Boil remaining apple juice with sugar and lemon juice until dissolved; combine with gelatin mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Layer fruits in bundt pan: raspberries, mangoes, strawberries, green grapes, and red grapes.
- Pour cooled gelatin mixture over fruit; refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
- Unmold by placing the bundt pan in hot water briefly before inverting onto a serving plate.
