- 3 tbsp granulated sugar for filling
Instructions

- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth; add cornstarch and vanilla.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top, then cover with remaining batter and additional blueberries.
- Bake for about 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before serving.
