- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
- Pound each chicken breast between plastic wrap until about ½ inch thick.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with optional spices.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then fully cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 4 minutes per side) or bake on a greased sheet for 20–25 minutes.
