- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained and sliced thin)
- 3 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
- 2 cups baby spinach (chopped)
Instructions
- Season chicken with black pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
