  • ½ Cucumber (grated)
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves (pressed)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Cups chopped Cooked Chicken
  • 2 Cups chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Cup halved Grape Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup sliced Pepperoncini Peppers
  • ¼ Cup chopped Red Onion
  • Optional: ½ Cup crumbled Feta Cheese


Instructions

  1. Prepare the tzatziki by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, pressed garlic, olive oil, and fresh dill in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper; mix until smooth.
  2. In a large salad bowl, toss together chopped romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, and red onion until well mixed.
  3. Layer the cooked chicken over the salad base evenly.
  4. Dollop generous amounts of tzatziki sauce over the salad and chicken layers.
  5. If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
