Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 box instant Oreo Cookies ‘n Cream pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat optional)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- About 20 Oreo cookies (divided; 8 whole, remainder coarsely chopped)
- For ganache: 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- For frosting: 1 box instant Oreo Cookies ‘n Cream pudding mix
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 – 8 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, Oreo pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and water as per the box instructions. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in half of the chopped Oreos into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake cools in the pan for about 10 minutes, prepare the ganache by melting chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- For frosting, whisk together Oreo pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; fold in whipped topping.
- Once cooled, drizzle ganache over the cake and spread frosting on top. Garnish with remaining chopped Oreos if desired.
